1. About Us
1718 Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery based in Dubai, UAE. We sell specialty coffee beans, coffee capsules, espresso machines, subscriptions, and related services. For enquiries, contact us at info@1718cafe.com.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery
We deliver across Dubai and the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. 1718 Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds
Specialty coffee is a perishable consumable. We do not accept returns on opened or used coffee products. For faulty equipment or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Coffee machines are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
5. Product Information
We take care to ensure all product descriptions are accurate. Coffee flavour notes are descriptors based on professional cupping and may vary with preparation method, grind size, and equipment. Roast dates are printed on all packaging.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription plans are non-refundable once commenced. You may pause or cancel your subscription by contacting us before the next dispatch date. Unused portions of annual plans are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of 1718 Coffee and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, 1718 Coffee's liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the value of your most recent order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
